Located on Méndez Álvaro in Madrid, the building is reborn through a contemporary lens that unites technical innovation with environmental sensitivity. The intervention expresses itself through a lightness of architecture: a presence that engages with light and air, reinterpreting its role as a transforming landmark within Madrid’s urban fabric.

Rising 14 stories, the tower establishes itself as a reference point within the metropolitan landscape. Its visibility from Madrid’s main access routes gives it a symbolic dimension, acting as a welcoming gesture and a new territorial marker within the city.

The relationship of the building with its surroundings is redefined through a renewed approach to access and the connection with the ground level. The setback of the ground floor liberates the perimeter, creating a suspended volume that appears to float over the public space, offering shade, protection, and a sense of welcome that extends the experience of the exterior into the interior.

The play of volumes emphasizes the tower’s vertical and iconic character. On the façade, the double skin of metal louvers adds depth, reinforcing sobriety and contemporaneity, while the use of curved glass at the corners softens the volume, creating a more approachable presence.

Conceived around the idea of well-being, the boundaries between interior and exterior are blurred through the integration of terraces, bringing nature into daily life and fostering a more balanced relationship with the exterior.

The project embodies a responsible and pioneering model in the integration of new technologies, achieving zero carbon emissions and employing 87% post-consumer recycled aluminium. It has earned the highest ratings in LEED Platinum, BREEAM Excellent, WELL Gold, WiredScore Platinum, SmartScore Gold, and stands as a ZERO CARBON–ready building.
