GCA has been selected by the prestigious architecture and design magazine The Plan, as one of the finalists for its annual awards “The Plan Awards 2017” thanks to the work carried out on the project of the new Cuatrecasas offices located at 22@ in Barcelona. Within the Office & Business category, details such as the 72-meter-high building, the resolution of the different volumes created, and the LEED GOLD certification are valued. This means that the Cuatrecasas building saves 30% of energy consumption, compared to conventional skyscrapers.
