Women in Office Design
The international Women in Office Design -WOD movement- is attracting great interest. And this was visibly demonstrated in their third meeting held in Barcelona last November.
WOD is geared towards women who shape the future. Professionals in the sector of desig who can share their work experiences and give visibility to their talent in a common forum. This event allows women to share challenges common to professionals in design, interior design and architecture.
In a space where design was the protagonist, all interventions revealed the role of the women who design.
Andrea Navarro, associate of GCA Architects, stated: “From my personal view as a millennial, I am constantly evolving. I have never encountered impossible barriers, but I am a constructive and inclusive person and I think that attitude is fundamental. We need more past and present references”, she said.
